Nightly Seasonal Rates

Low season rates apply from: February 1 to March 10. May 1 to September 30. October 20 to November 30. $99.00/night, plus 11.42% HI State vacation rental-tax. No minimum night stays. Based on double-occupancy. High Season rates apply from: March 11 to April 30. October 1 to October 19, (Ironman). December 1 to January 31. $129.00/night, plus 11.42% HI State vacation rental-tax. No minimum night stays. Based double-occupancy.

We just completed a 2 week stay in this condo (Mar 3/07) owned by Jerry and Birdie Dorff and we want to express our delight in staying there. Even though the condo does not look onto the water front it is situated so that a continual breeze blows through the condo all day and night making it very pleasant to live in. The balcony looks out over other facilities but it is not distracting and is very pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the quiet and warm air.
The condo faces away from the sun so that there is no build up of heat and no need to draw any blinds or shutters allowing one to enjoy the natural daylight all day long. The condo is very clean and well looked after. We were a bit anxious about having to arrive at the condo after 11:00 pm but we followed the instructions Jerry provided, found the keys to the condo where he said they would be and entered a very nice condo allowing us to rest peacefully after a long flight from Canada.
We certainly recommend this condo to anyone and will ourselves rent it again if we ever are able to make it back to Hawaii. Mahalo to Jerry and Birdie, much appreciated for the wonderful stay.
